The product is used for first courses, in some basic doughs, for croutons and bruschetta or on meats or pizzas.
Ingredients: button mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower oil, 5% white truffle (Tuber albidum Pico), rehydrated dried porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis), salt, wine vinegar, garlic, breadcrumbs (type 0 flour , yeast of beer, water), flavourings, spices. Allergens: type 0 flour. Lactose free. Of course without sugar. Preservative free.
